FAQS

Is the field for sole use?

Yes, during your booked slot the field is for you and your dogs.

Is any water available?

Yes, there is a water tap available inside the paddock area.

I haven’t tried letting my dog off-lead before, is it suitable?

We would always advise using a long-line on a first booking until you are satisfied that your dog isn’t likely to jump fences.

Can my dog/s use the equipment inside the paddock?

Of course, and we hope it adds to the enjoyment of using the paddock. We would ask you to be respectful of the equipment provided so as not to damage it. We can accept no liability from any damage or accident caused by the equipment.

It’s hot, is there any shade?

There is tree shade along one length of the paddock. There is also a small paddle pool for dogs to cool off in.

Etiquette

Your dog remains your responsibility at all times.

Our fields are regularly checked for cleanliness, security issues and litter but please do pick up your own dog poo and dispose of it. When dogs are playing, the odd poo can be missed so if you come across any other dog poo please pick it up and hopefully someone will do the same for you! Try to work together to keep it clean for all of us to enjoy. If you notice any other maintenance issues please report it to us on 07840756065 as soon as possible, so we can get it fixed and keep it safe.

Please be especially mindful not to leave litter items on the ground that a puppy might eat.

Each booking slot allows for a 10 minute gap before the next booking starts. You must exit the field at 10 to the hour, so it is vacant for the next person’s booking – on the hour (or half hour for short bookings). Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot and be discouraged from re-booking.

If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended.
